Plymouth RE conference
The 19th of April 2016 sees PTSA’s second Plymouth RE conference with Lat Blaylock from REToday. The focus will be
‘RE and the whole child: adding excitement to your RE lessons’.
This is a cross phase conference which welcomes both Primary and Secondary colleagues.
Session 1: Wisdom in RE: How can we use scriptures from different faiths to engage pupils to explore spiritual questions?
Session 2: Subject Knowledge: Great classroom learning-practical ideas for teaching Islam.
Session 3: Values in RE: Moral development, British values and religious teachings.
